🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive who can quickly build trust, lead consultative conversations, and close deals that solve real business problems. You’ll own the entire revenue cycle from discovery to closing deals, engaging founders and operators who are scaling their businesses and experiencing friction in marketing, data, or lead conversion.

Backgrounds that fit well include:
Sales experience in Real Estate Investment, Home Services, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies serving those sectors.
Experience running structured discovery calls, demos, and consultative closes.
Comfort with data-driven conversations and ROI-based selling.
Bonus points if you’ve helped shape sales processes or launch new verticals.

🧭 What You’ll Do
Run structured Gap Selling-based discovery calls to uncover problems, impacts, and root causes.
Execute tailored demo calls that clearly align our solutions with client needs using the PIC framework.
Maintain CRM discipline: zero overdue tasks, daily updates, and full visibility into your pipeline.
Drive net new MRR by converting problem-aware prospects into loyal clients.
Represent 8020REI at industry masterminds and events (like Collective Genius) to deepen relationships and strengthen brand presence.
Nurture investor relationships through regular follow-ups, calls, and meetings.
Collaborate with SDRs to improve booking quality and conversion rates.
Apply feedback from QA reviews and call recordings to continuously improve.
Act as a field intelligence node, sharing patterns and insights from the market to inform leadership and marketing.
