Hi, I’m Ignacio Araya, Chief Operating Officer at 8020REI, where I lead a team of over 30 professionals across marketing, sales, product, and customer success. With a background in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree, I bring expertise in strategic management, operational excellence, and team building. My experience spans public service at the Chilean Ministry of Economics, founding startups like CCard and EasyPlace, and participating in Start-Up Chile, where I refined my entrepreneurial skills.

At 8020REI, I’m focused on empowering real estate investors with AI-driven data and marketing strategies, enabling them to close deals more efficiently. I thrive on optimizing processes, mentoring teams, and fostering innovation.
