👀 Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with expertise in Laravel and experience managing large datasets and asynchronous processes. In this role, you will work with a robust platform that integrates external APIs, handles substantial volumes of data, and leverages cloud technologies for scalability and reliability. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team, delivering impactful solutions that drive success for our clients.

👨‍💻 👩‍💻 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality backend applications using Laravel.
Optimize and manage MySQL databases for performance with large datasets.
Integrate and maintain Elasticsearch indexes for efficient search capabilities.
Implement caching solutions with Redis.
Manage integrations with external APIs, including Salesforce.
Handle asynchronous processes using RabbitMQ and/or Laravel Horizon.
Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, RDS) for scalable backend solutions.
Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
Led and guided a team of developers, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
Collaborate with front-end teams for seamless integration.

📝 Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Backend Developer, ideally with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
Proven ability to manage and optimize large datasets.
Familiarity with Elasticsearch and its integration into web applications.
Experience with caching solutions using Redis.
Proficiency with asynchronous processes using RabbitMQ and/or Laravel Horizon.
Expertise in external API integrations, particularly Salesforce.
Proven ability to write and execute unit tests.
Experience leading development teams.
Ability to work independently and establish best practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

⚡️ Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with AWS services like S3, EC2, and RDS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Experience in developing scalable microservices.
Knowledge of serverless architectures.
